1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hn88 platform and all related services. By visiting the hn88 website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Identity Verification

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hn88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal request or for large transactions. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the hn88 platform:

• Your account must not have been banned or permanently closed.
• You must use the platform of your own free will and with full consent.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• hn88 supports only bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as payment methods.
• Deposited funds should be credited to your account immediately; if there is a delay, please contact the support team.
• Deposits must be made only from your own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• hn88 will not be liable for any failed deposit transactions if the failure is caused by the payment service provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses (see Section 5 for details).
• In the case of any suspicious transaction, hn88 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

hn88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and it is mandatory to read the relevant terms before accepting one.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
• The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• hn88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• The final decision on the fair use of bonuses rests with hn88.

6 Gaming Rules & User Conduct

All users of hn88 must use the platform honestly and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any kind of software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to gain an advantage.
• Deliberately identifying and exploiting any game error or bug for an advantage; all winnings obtained from such errors will be considered void.
• Collusive betting, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

hn88 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, hn88 reserves the right to cancel that round or session.

7 Account Suspension, Closure & Self-Exclusion

7.1 Action by hn88

hn88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If it is proven that the account was created using false information.
• If the user does not cooperate with an identity verification request.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (as per the applicable policy).
